Beth, the founder of The Ernst Group, began her career in Real Estate working in a variety of staff positions in 1995, and has been actively selling residential real estate since 2000. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, she has a passion for connecting with people, adding value to people’s lives, and educating clients throughout the buying and selling process. She is an active member of the Culture Committee for Keller Williams Greater Des Moines, and serves on the Professional Standards Committee for The Iowa Association of Realtors. She enjoys spending time with her friends & family, and spending time outdoors on her boat in Okoboji.

Now Catie is our Listing Specialist working with our Seller clients. Catie lives in Ankeny with her Husband and enjoys practicing yoga, catching up on the latest show, and spending time with her friends, family, and dog, Tucker!

Maslyn graduated from DMACC in 2022 with an Associates Degree where the the began working with behavioral students at Southeast Polk. She then made a switch and joined The Ernst Group in August 2024, as the new Lead Admin. She is just getting her foot in the Real Estate world, but so far she loves her team, learning new things everyday & the uplifting, positive environment. Maslyn lives in Altoona and enjoys reading, watching her favorite shows, cooking & spending time with her friends, family, boyfriend & cats, Barkley and Beckett!
